Biography
Abdul Qadeem Zallum, the second amir of Hizb ut-Tahrir, Islamic scholar, jurist, and political thinker. Led the party after its founder Taqi al-Din al-Nabhani from 1977 until 2003. Authored works on Islamic political thought, economics, and education.
