Biography
Yahia ibn Umar al-Qurtubi was a distinguished Andalusian scholar and jurist known for his expertise in the Maliki school of Islamic jurisprudence. Born in Cordoba, he gained recognition for his significant contributions to Islamic law and theology during the 9th and 10th centuries.
