Biography

Mawlūd b. Muḥammad al-Zurībī al-Basikrī was a notable scholar hailing from the region that is now Algeria. He is known for his deep knowledge in Islamic jurisprudence and theology. Al-Zurībī al-Basikrī devoted much of his life to the study and teaching of the Qur'an and Hadith, contributing significantly to Islamic scholarship in the Maghreb during his time. His writings reflect a keen dedication to interpreting Islamic texts and his influence persisted among later generations of scholars.
