Biography

Ḥunayn b. Isḥāq, also known as Hunayn Ibn Ishaq, was a distinguished scholar in the fields of medicine, philosophy, and science. He is best known for his translations of Greek medical texts into Syriac and Arabic, significantly contributing to the preservation and dissemination of classical knowledge in the Islamic world.
