Ibn Daqiq al-'Id, formally known as Taqi al-Din Abu al-Fath Muhammad ibn 'Ali ibn Wahb al-Qushayri, was a distinguished scholar in the fields of hadith and Islamic jurisprudence. He is celebrated for his profound contributions to the principles of hadith and for his efforts in bridging the gap between different Islamic legal schools.
