Ibn Hajar Haytami was a distinguished scholar in Islamic jurisprudence, particularly within the Shafi'i school of thought. He authored numerous works, among which "Tuhfat al-Muhtaj bi Sharh al-Minhaj" and "al-Zawajir 'an Iqtiraf al-Kaba'ir" stand out for their comprehensive analysis and depth. His expertise also extended to hadith, where his critical approach in evaluating narrations was highly regarded. His scholarly contributions were not limited to jurisprudence and hadith; he also wrote extensively on theology, demonstrating a profound understanding of Islamic beliefs and practices.
