Biography

Ibn Tiqtaqa, originally named Muhammad ibn Ali ibn Tabataba, was an eminent historian and bureaucrat. He is best known for his work 'Al-Fakhri fi'l-Adab al-Sultaniyya wa'l-Duwal al-Islamiyya,' which translates to 'The Glorious on the Sultanate Literature and Islamic States.'
