Lubna Ahmad Nur was a distinguished scholar and librarian in the medieval Islamic world. She served at the prestigious library of Cordoba, in Al-Andalus, where she was renowned for her expertise in mathematics and grammar. Lubna was also an accomplished copyist and translator, contributing significantly to the preservation and dissemination of knowledge. Her work in transcribing and translating key texts helped maintain the intellectual heritage of the Islamic Golden Age. She was one of the few women of her time to gain recognition in the fields of science and literature.
