Biography
Mohammad Fazel Lankarani was an esteemed Iranian cleric and scholar. He was renowned for his contributions to Islamic jurisprudence and was recognized as a marja'. Lankarani was actively engaged in teaching religious studies and guiding students and scholars in the Hawza of Qom. His scholarly work and deep understanding of fiqh were highly regarded in religious circles. Lankarani played a significant role in religious and political discourse in Iran, frequently addressing pressing social issues from an Islamic perspective. His teachings and writings continue to be influential in Shi'a scholarship.
