Biography
Muhammad bin Ahmad al-Masmami was an influential Berber Islamic scholar and preacher during the 10th century. He was part of the early Ismaili movement in the Maghreb. Al-Masmami's efforts were central to spreading Ismaili doctrine in the region, gaining numerous followers. He was actively involved in organizing and leading communities, emphasizing spiritual purity and community guidance.
