Biography

Muhammad Baqir al-Hakim was an influential Iraqi scholar and leader. He played a critical role in the establishment and leadership of the Supreme Council for the Islamic Revolution in Iraq (SCIRI), advocating for the rights and welfare of the Iraqi people.
