Biography
Muhammad ibn Ali al-Sanusi al-Khattabi was a notable Islamic scholar and theologian, best known for founding the Sanusiyya, a religious movement which aimed to revive the spiritual teachings of Islam and return to its early principles. His work focused on providing comprehensive religious education and promoting unity among Muslims. Establishing numerous schools and zawiyas, al-Sanusi’s teachings emphasized Sufism, scriptural adherence, and moral reform.
