Biography

Mulla Ali Qari, originally hailing from Herat, was a distinguished Hanafi scholar and jurist renowned for his profound expertise in hadith, fiqh, and tafsir. He settled in Mecca, where he devoted his life to teaching and writing. Among his most celebrated works are 'Sharh Al-Fiqh Al-Akbar,' a commentary on Abu Hanifa's treatise on Islamic creed, and 'Mirqat al-Mafatih,' a comprehensive commentary on 'Mishkat al-Masabih,' a revered collection of hadith. His scholarly contributions are still referenced and respected in Islamic studies today.
