Mutawalli Naysaburi, originally named Abu Sa'id Abd al-Rahman al-Naysaburi, was a distinguished Islamic scholar from Nishapur. He was deeply versed in the sciences of hadith and jurisprudence, aligning with the Shafi'i school of thought. His contributions to Islamic scholarship include critical works on hadith studies, among which his commentary and verification of significant hadith collections stand out.
