Al-Najashi was a distinguished Islamic scholar from Kufa, known for his profound contributions to the field of Hadith and Rijal (biographical evaluation of narrators). He authored one of the earliest and most significant Shi'a hadith compilations, which served as a cornerstone for subsequent Shi'a scholars.
