Biography

Qawwām al-Sunna, known formally as Abū al-Qāsim Ismāʿīl b. Muḥammad b. al-Faḍl b. ʿAlī b. Ṭāhir b. Aḥmad al-Qurašī al-Tayyamī thumma al-Iṣbahānī al-Ṭalḥī, was a distinguished Islamic scholar.
